Match Reaction: United 3 Roma 2 – United stand up and deliver
04.11.26, 08:50 6 Minute Read
Manchester United came from 2-0 down against Roma to win three priceless points in the Champions League after a pulsating half of football that may not mean much for the bigger picture in the near future - but gave Old Trafford some much-needed cheer after nine games without a win.
Michael Carrick was in desperate need of a win and a Mateus Cunha brace delivered it for him, but in the first half it appeared to be the same old story for the United manager and the supporters who have been put through the mill so much in recent weeks.
